Welcome to Week 4 of the course. I'm Natalie Louise Fox and in this lesson we are going to be taking a look at happiness and a cultivating a sense of optimism.
We all deserve to be happy, but what I've learnt along the way is that we get to be happy through a conscious choice to be happy, no matter what is going on around us instead of placing our expectation of reaching happiness on an external event which may or may not happen for us. When we tune into the vibration of happiness and start to see ourselves as happy, we see that happiness comes from us first and we can actually stabilise in that vibration. That's when we allow happiness to express from us instead of happening to us. We start to become the energy of what we want and then we find more ways to express or activate more happiness, and things just get a whole lot better for us. Our happiness extends outwards from the very core of us instead of it being a conditional, reactive state. That's what true happiness is.
